All ticket sales are 100% non refundable if your ship arrives into port the day of the tour. If your ship is unable to dock for any reason, 100% refund will be applied to your credit card.
We run our tours on Atlantic Standard Time, not ship time. It is your responsibility to arrive at our meeting point on time.
If your ship is late arriving into port, we will make every effort to start the tour as soon as you are able to disembark.
For ships arriving after 10:00 am, please contact us at email@example.com before booking the tour.
Yes. We do not offer a discounted price on our food tours as our menus are preset. Please keep in mind that we will be serving local food and drinks. if your child is a picky eater this tour may not be for them.
Absolutely not! Our tours combine architectural commentary, historical facts, local culture and culinary insight into a unique 3 +hour experience.
Please be sure and let us know if you (or anyone in your group) has a dietary restriction (e.g. vegetarian, diabetic, allergy, etc.) when you purchase your tickets. As long as we know in advance, we can accommodate your needs.
Due to the number of vendors involved, we need to provide our tour numbers ahead of time so they can be prepared for us. We do have our booking option to book and pay before arriving in St Kitts. This makes it easier for our guests and you do not need to carry large sums of money or go looking for a bank machine while on holiday. We do not provide a waiting list. If a date and time is sold out, there is always a good chance that we will add an additional tour on that day. Please email us to let us know what date you are interested in if you do not see availability.
Gratuities are greatly appreciated, although not mandatory. The standard gratuity in the service industry is 15%-20%.
Yes, restrooms are available during the tour at selected locations. We plan our tours with restrooms in mind and will advise how long to the next restroom stop on the tour.
The tours are held rain or shine. We are in the tropics, so it’s not uncommon to have a pop up shower throughout the day, we will be able to go inside many of the establishments on the tour. However, we advise to check the weather conditions for your days event and dress appropriately.
In the event of inclement weather- such as a hurricane your safety is our biggest concern and we will cancel the tour.
Our tours are not wheelchair accessible. The infrastructure of the streets and restaurants are not wheelchair friendly.
Our food tours are English only
Our city and island tours as well as our beach day at Cockleshell Beach are English and Spanish.
We absolutely do! We can accommodate a variety of special requests (family reunions, Birthday parties, out of town guests, corporate, conventions, festivals, parades, grand openings and more).
You should bring with you a camera and a bottle of water. We recommend an application of sunscreen on exposed parts of the body and a lightweight pair of sunglasses.
For tours that offer time at the beach, please bring beach attire and towel.
For food tours please bring your appetite!
